Very BAD service. He told me to leave the car and I he would have it ready in the afternoon. I called him since he didn't call me. He had my car there are those hours til 5:30 p.m to tell me he still hadn't seen it and to leave the car. He crazy if we go to a mechanic is because we need our car to get fixed not to just leave there til he has the time to look at it.Went there since my son recommended me but not what I expected DON'T take it there.

Avoid this place. He tried to scam me! When we showed up and told him the problem we had, he looked at us like if we were begging for a favor. I left my truck since 9am and he said to leave it for 2 hours and he would call me. and 4 hours later he didn’t call, so when I called him, he said I found the problem and it’s $130 so I said ok, what is it that you are going to fix?. He didn’t know what to tell me and stuttered and said he changed cords. So when I went to pick my truck up, I asked for a receipt and he refused to give me one. And I test drove it and the problem was still there and I went back and I told him that I wanted my money back because he lied that he fixed it and with no hesitation he gave me my money. Went to a different shop to have my brake light, turn signal etc.... fixed. I was at a Japanese car specialty shop. They looked at and determined they couldn't help me. So, I called Auto Electric and they told me to bring it in. The technician looked at it, asked me a couple of questions, then assured me he could fix it. Within the hour my car was done, and at a great price. Man, what a relief to have a turn signal and brake lights. Highly recommend this place. I have a new home for all my electrical fixes.

I've known this shop and Richard for over FIFTEEN years. NOBODY touches my cars but Richard. First time I took my car in was for what i thought was a bad flywheel. I get a call 20 minutes after I dropped off my car. The gear on the starter was out. He changed it and charged me $20.00 parts and labor. Never have I met a more honest mechanic.

Honest people. Had a problem with my window regulator and the mechanic diagnosed it there in front of me and explained it. Charged $20 for diagnosis and told me it was a simple replacement of the switch. I’m mechanically inclined just not with wiring / electrical so I just paid the $20 for diagnosis and changed the switch myself. No sleazy or fishy business here.
