If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought a 4 runner from these guys. I asked the sales guy about the warranty and he told me if it were him he wouldn’t get it. Toyotas are great vehicles. I bought the vehicle in October and so far have spent over $5000 in repairs!! When my husband called back the “Manager” claimed that his guy encouraged me to buy the warranty - not true! And that he “drove it back and forth to his house a couple times and it seemed fine.” I took it to a repair shop who told me that it was unsafe to drive! When my husband pushed for answers the manager told us that **he doesn’t actually have a mechanic to look through the vehicles and it passed a basic safety test.** He continued to blame me for not buying the warranty and doing deeper homework on the vehicle before purch

Elliot, Daniel, and Gary were all very professional and made our transaction a smooth one. We weren’t pressed into anything and they were transparent throughout the whole process. We appreciate that they were plenty accommodating of our inquiries and questions we had regarding the vehicle we were interested in. They took care of things we wanted them to look at and were honest when it came back from the shop and still had the same problem. They insisted on taking it back in so the problem was taken care of and that was something we couldn’t appreciate more. We would recommend Auto Empire to everyone! I bought a car from this place 2 years ago and it was time to trade in for something bigger! I will say the car gave me no major problems and I’m so grateful for that. However i’m happy I got the warranty because honestly compared to these bigger dealers they have great prices. Now it comes to the trade up, they gave me a wonderful price on my trade and they helped me into another car. It was a seamless transaction and stress free, I love this dealership and will never go anywhere else!

My experience with this dealer was mid. Eh, okay, whatever you want to call it. They told me the used vehicle i was looking at was in "excellent condition" I obviously didnt believe that, it had been in an accident, had a handful of scratches and dents, shifter knob was deteriorated/ worn, worn buttons, dirty inside, etc. Which I expected from a used car but the "excellent condition" they told me is misleading. I got the vehicle pre inspected beforehand and it came back with a list of items that needed to be fixed. The first sales associate/ salesman that helped me was really passive aggressive. He also wouldn't negotiate with me on pricing even with the list of items that needed to be fixed which should reflect on the price. He said that they couldn't fix anything and he told me a new s
