Had a wonderful experience starting from my initial interaction with the receptionist via phone call and then intake! Excellent quality service. Great alternative to the dealership! I was hesitant at first because I saw quite a few reviews complaining about costs, but I found pricing to be very reasonable. I will definitely be back for future maintenance/repairs!

I really wanted to have a good experience here, and the staff was friendly and tried to reassure me multiple times that my car was fixed. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to get to the root of the issue. After several visits, I still experienced the same problems and eventually had to take my car to BMW, where it was finally repaired correctly. I appreciate their effort, but in my case, it just didn’t get resolved.

This shop is a God send if you're in the Beemer family. They are quick, efficient and MOST importantly, they are not trying to rob you with ridiculous prices. Yes, it may be expensive, but it's a BMW...EVERY FREAKIN THING IS EXPENSIVE!! BMWs are all they do so they are definitely experts. I will be recommending them to everyone I know that has one.

Ben performed a crank hub upgrade on my 2015 BMW M4 and he did an outstanding job! He was able to get my car back to me in the time frame stated and at a more than reasonable price. Ben is very professional and knows BMW's of all models like the back of his hand. He is my go to guy if I need anything worked on my M4. Highly reccommend Auto Envy to all friends and family!

What an amazing experience! I hated going to the BMW dealer and getting the runaround. Ben was recommended to me by a good mutual friend. I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and honesty that he provided. He treated my BMW with care as if it were his own. Not rushing through the job. Everything was perfect! Along with very fair pricing. It’s hard to find someone who is willing to spend time answering questions and not trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. Ben’s work is top notch. He takes the time to explain what’s needed and makes great recommendations. He has a customer for life.
