I bought a car from them on April 17 this year and although the tax offices are closed to the public they’re open to dealers and i have yet to get my plates. Everytime i call it’s just simply no we haven’t got them in yet. I bought another car in June from another dealer and i got those plates in August so i know not the Tax office this is ridiculous. Makes me wonder if they can’t even get the plates for thee car

If I could leave no stars I would My son purchased a vehicle cash in October last year they kept saying he would get his title in 4 months because of covid19 to this day he has not received anything company crashed because of all the scams they did and all they did was change the name i have gone several times and nothing ever gets done. The DMV informed me they never sent in his paper work. Dishonest people!!!

I bought my vehicle roughly 6 months ago, and can't stand people that don't take care of their vehicles blaming it on the place you bought it. I thoroughly looked at my vehicle before I bought it. I bought my altima from Angie and she was so helpful. The whole office came together to make sure I was adequately taken care of, which is more than I could've asked for, and they made the process simple and understandable. I took my vehicle to my mechanic after I bought it and he said I had a great vehicle. Thanks Angie!!

Absolutely do not purchase a vehicle from this place. The first vehicle we bought was a lemon they told us they had just got the car in and it was one of the best vehicles they had with low mileage upon leaving Texas to return to Louisiana the car shut off by itself then when it was restarted it started making knocking noises so I called them the next day to let them know what was going on. I brought the car back and they gave me a janky SUV until they could fix that one. It took 5 months before anyone would contact me back about the status of the vehicle when I spoke to the mechanic he stated that the vehicle was no good and needed a new motor so Auto Equation wanted me to purchase the new motor so they could fix it when I had just purchased and vehicle 5 months before and brought it back

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. I purchased a car back in November of Last Year just a couple days before Election Day i was making semi payments and it was all going well until the temporary dealer plates kept expiring. Everytime they got expired i had to get an updated dealer plate then all of a sudden i go to the dmv to see what was going on and they said that the dealer never filed paperwork for the car to get the plates and also that the dealer also shut down. So i couldnt get more updated temporary plates and i stopped making the car payment because of the license plates scandal. Then all of a sudden my car got repossessed with no notice or nothing i tried to go to the dealer to get the car back and make the normal payment and they said they cannot give me the car until i pay the fu
