They explained everything in details and I understood what they were going to do every step of the way. Even when they told me the dreadful price, I still felt their concern and care. Bill and Dustin were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The team diagnosed my car's problem within minutes and offered generous explanation and advice with no pressure to make decisions.
My RR tire had a slow leak. On inspection, there was a bolt in the tire. I called Auto ER at 12;40 PM and they said to come in at 2 PM. I arrived at 2PM. Customer service was great and the price very reasonable. Thank you.

Needed tires I bought online mounted and balanced on my very beat up project car. They took great care, got me out quick, and the car has no reason driving this smooth. Will be back to get my daily driver wheels rebalanced to counter wear. A+
