Auto Expo

At the beginning of the month my husband and I were in search of a jeep that checked all the boxes. We just happened to find a business that checked all the boxes too. Mason was the main guys that helped but everyone made you feel like family and were so good with my kids. Between the vehicle being what we want and the price we want and the people being friendly, welcoming and forthcoming, it was awesome doing business with them. I would definitely do business at auto expo again.

I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Auto Expo in Manassas, VA. I found the vehicle on CarGurus and purchased mostly online for the first time ever. Mateen was incredibly attentive and texted back and forth with me and made the online process seamless! I traveled about 3 hours to pick up the Jeep and took it for a test drive; the vehicle was in great condition but the steering wheel was shaking a lot during our drive. Mateen immediately said he would get it fixed. He took it to their nearby shop and had a new tire put on and the jeep was driving like brand new in less than 30 minutes. Overall, I was a bit weary doing most of the car purchasing process online but the hospitality and kindness of the people at Auto Expo makes me feel like I would definitely do it

Bad experience came two hours to see a truck just for it not to be there when I got there and they waited for me at closing time and then they made me wait more saying it was getting fixed then the truck shows up and it’s rusty everywhere I don’t know how a truck that rusty can pass inspection. They try to make customers look dumb and think people won’t look underneath a truck. Buy a vehicle somewhere else! Overpriced cars and not well maintained!

Yo, these guys are straight-up superheroes! Baco, the owner, was everywhere at once, like an octopus making sure everyone’s taken care of. GM Ali? Total cherry on top. Javier, the detailer, had the biggest smile handling my car like it was his own. And Carlos, the sales guy, made the whole process feel effortless and fun. For real, come shop here it’s an experience you don’t wanna miss!

Bought my van from Auto Expo recently. Ask for Carlos he is a great salesman. He was patient with me and knew how to resolve all questions as well as the manager Ali! I recommend getting a vehicle from them as I will use them again in the future for my business vehicles!
