Pay no attention to the 1-star review. The work performed was amazing. You can't tell there was ever a dent in the door. The price was below what I expected, but the quality of work is impeccable. Car was ready when promised. I'll be a customer for life. Thanks Jeff and crew! As far as the 1-star review, no money was never requested or expected up front for my job.

My car was making some pretty scary sounds leading right into 4th of July weekend right before my boyfriend and I were set to go camping for the week. I went to Firestone initially who diagnosed two lower ball joints but couldn’t get it done. I was desperate I called every mechanic in town who couldn’t take me due to the holiday. That’s when I called Jeff at auto express. He took me right in July 5th and Kevin had the car done a day later even while dealing with a part issue and some personal issues. My car drives like a dream with zero noises and the steering is fantastic! They took me last minute and got the job done fast and the pricing was more fair than anywhere I’ve ever seen. They both are very kind and compassionate guys who truly value their customer and take pride in quality work

Price is more than fair for the quality work done. As close to perfect as you can get. Only way to get closer is to buy a new car.
