This is an extremely serious warning based on my personal experience: dealing with this shop was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. They returned my car in a severely worse condition, caused major issues with the money I paid, and handled everything with shocking unprofessionalism. The level of negligence I experienced was unbelievable and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place and think twice—no, ten times—before trusting them with your car or your money.”

Have been coming here for years, I get my oil change with a fast and friendly service. I really like that they have a great system that logs everything they have done to the vehicle and talk to you when something is required. Well worth the money and I feel they have my back. ...the waiting area is great!

Absolutely horrible costumer service by manager, i take my 5.0 mustang in for inspection and with just hearing it the manager says no because i don’t have catalytic converter i explain to him the exhaust has high flow cats and is completely legal i put everything on MYSELF and he ignores me and walks away with out properly checking

we took our vehicle for a regular oil change in auto express lube at 5374 doniphan back in feb, three weeks later the oil filter started leaking, fortunately I was able to drive back home and re-do the oil change myself, including installation of a new oil filter. I can only hope their poor service did not cause any lasting damage to my car engine

One of their employees Dan recommended this place to me, I was looking for an oil change and I left with a full service and I’m very happy with that. Very good and reliable service and they work really fast I was there for maybe 30 minutes. Would highly recommend 🙏🏻
