I stopped in last week because my car's air conditioner suddenly died while en route from NC to CT. I had a small dog in the car, and the weather was brutally hot. This was the third place I visited during my frantic search for help, and the people inside were the most gracious individuals a person could hope to encounter. Though they could not do what needed to be done to get the AC up and running, they took the time to assess the problem and give me the name and phone number of a shop that could help. They let us cool down inside, and even gave a couple of bottles of much appreciated Gatorade. After the way I was treated at the two previous shops, I was nearly in tears of gratitude for their kindness. Thank you so much!! We're back in CT now, and had AC all the way home from Salisb

Would like to know why every time I stop In the young lady is always in the back running her mouth. Her job is to be up front not in the back. No idea where sandi is at but I’ll be glad when she comes back.

Made an appointment to have my truck inspected at Auto Express. Upon arrival, I asked if they could do an oil change at the same time. Caitie arranged it with no problems. Great service at this location. I will be back for new tires soon. Thank You Auto Express!

Perfect...absolutely perfect. Oil change, inspection, recall repaired, new back wiper blade and they were great..was not long at all. Made an appointment, I was on time, they were friendly, helpful and I am honestly impressed...5 stars on everything, waiting room too.. Recommend 100 percent
