After contacting many other shops in multiple cities for a chrome delete on my Lexus RC, I went with Auto Factor because of the amazing customer service and genuinely welcoming environment. The work done on the car is next to flawless. All the guys did a fantastic job, you can tell that they care to be detail oriented and only want to put out the best work. My car can be tough to work with because of how the trims are laid out, and they still pulled it off perfectly.
