I have extremely disappointing experience with this dealer. They stop was extremely rude. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. Customer service isn't a priority here 🥲

Great experience here at Auto First. They helped me and put a lot of effort to make sure i was satisfied with my purchase. Overall experience was extremely satisfying and would recommend this dealership to others. Thank you guys, definitely exceeded my expectations.

(Writing for one of kids) Took car in to get new alternator covered under warranty I purchased. The service team said battery was no good I need new one. So I bought one told them not to put in. After learning car was done and ready for pick up. They wanted to charge me for new battery and said old one was disposed of. I told them I didn’t want new battery but they installed anyway. After fighting to remove their battery they charged me all the labor from removing old and putting in new, to removing new again. I go to pick up car and my old battery is in car working fine. They scammed me out of hard earned money for my kids. All because I had something covered under warranty. Shady if you ask me. 10/10 would not recommend.
