This review has been a long time coming. I bought an SUV from Sebastian, and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a used vehicle. I’ve bought and sold many vehicles over the years, and there’s usually some level of anxiety that comes with the process - but not this time. Sebastian was honest and transparent from the start. He laid out the pros and cons before I even made a decision, even if that meant I might walk away without buying anything. That level of integrity is rare and truly appreciated. At no point did I feel pressured - in fact, his approach was refreshingly unsalesmanlike in the best possible way. Called on Saturday about a BMW X3 I saw Friday night on their site, was answered in a friendly manner. Was greeted by Steve when I arrived. He showed me the vehicle and made the whole process smooth. Was in and out in about an hour. Drove vehicle home with no issues, put about 100 miles on it so far and all runs smooth. Would definitely do business with them again.

I was extremely pleased with the Corvette I purchased from Auto Gallery of Chicago. The car was much more than I expected, the out of state transaction was seem less and professionally done. Steve was awesome to work with! Absolutely the best car purchase experience I have ever had!
