Wanted to share my experience that I had at the dealership. We started with a young lady in the used car department and I apologize I cant remember her name. She was very sweet and great to us and our children through the process. We purchased a jeep and I have to give thanks to Randy and Randolf! They seized the deal and made it happen for us. Would recommend these men and this young lady. They will HONOR there words and get you the best value for your trades. Thanks for helping us into a newer vehicle. Outside of the amazing service on the sales end we Did have issue with the service department .. they approved our tires to be safe. Tires are dry rotted and I'm having to replace them. I dont see how they didn't approve it where another dealership agreed they were unsafe due to the dry ro

Let me tell you I've been to some car dealerships in my years but this one I was literally blown away!!! Talk about above and beyond :) 😀 I left feeling like a queen AND they got me approved with ZERO money down! I am the proud owner of a brand new Ford Escape ST-Line and she is my baby!!! Tabitha was the coolest chick ive dealt with and her General Sales Manager Jerry made it happen yay I'm just over the moon !!!! I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have been buying, and trading car and trucks for many many years and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Kendra Payne is the BEST and nicest salesperson I have ever worked with and made the entire process easy and fast. Emailed her what I wanted and what I could do, filled out the credit app, sent pictures of my trade and got approved. Came in Saturday and in less than 2 hours was driving my beautiful dream bronco home!! Thank you Kendra for making my dream car come true!!
