Auto Glass Combat Vet

Had a big crack on my windshield and I did some research --contacting several companies in the area as well as checking with my insurance recommended installer. After ruling out the insurance route. I decided to pay out of pocket. Many of the other installers tried to push me to use insurance but not Combat Vet. This made me feel that they are honest and caring and not trying to overcharge me. I had a superb interaction from quote to installation!! It was really easy to get a quote and setup a come to me appointment. The cost was reasonable and fair. I was able to setup an appointment in a few minutes for the next day. which was less than 24 hours from my initial contact. The installer Ryan was phenomenal, professional and friendly. From first phone call to finished job, stellar performance. The person who answered the phone to schedule was professional and responsible. And Ryan, who fixed the chip in my truck window was exceptional.

Ryan (tech) arrived on time, prepared, and was courteous throughout the entire process (total was about an hour)). Ryan explained the procedure and presented himself in a professional manner. Best of all they came to me and I only had to pop down for 3 minutes to unlock the car and have the process explained. This is now the 3rd windshield Auto Glass Combat Vet has replaced for me and they continue to earn my business ((Sadly I have bad luck with flying rocks)). The installs were always well done, water tight, and appropriate for my make/models. Definitely will continue to use.

Had a great experience. Got a crack on my way home from work called and John came out the next day to my work to repair my windshield. He had it fixed within 30min. He did an amazing job I would highly recommend!

My whole windshield had to be replaced. They came out the next day and were quick, professional, and went beyond-- my battery had incidentally gone out and Martin helped me with that too.. Fingers crossed I don't NEED my windshield repaired again, but I'd absolutely use them again.
