First class shop. Very professional team, high focus on customer satisfaction. We had our other car at a dealership for repairs when our windshield got shattered on our other car and the Direct Auto Glass team went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to get approvals etc and our new windshield installed in just a few days. This shop is great. Have read about going to one of the big box people for Audi and the nightmares they cause. Called these folks and they took it and dealt with my insurance company. It was flawless. Got the windshield done today and they showed me how whoever did it last time (Audi dealership) didn’t do it right. I would highly recommend these folks and will use them in the future. Dont go to the national guys go local they care about your service. Also nice new shop
