Excellent service! Vlad came to my house early Saturday on time ready to work. He was professional, courteous and very friendly. The whole process took 30 minutes, I'm very happy with my new windshield. Initially I got a quote from safelite for double the price with at least a month wait time. I put in an inquiry with Auto Glass Hero and I got a call to set up an appointment hours later. I couldn't have asked for a faster and more efficient way to replace my windshield. I would feel confident to recommend Auto Glass Heros to my family and friends. This is a local family run business and that deserves all the praise and support. Thanks Vlad!

The staff was friendly and professional. They beat their competitors price by almost $100, they were able to come out within two days of my calling them and fixed my car at my home. 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely call again for our auto glass needs in the future.

After everything was set up through my insurance company on Monday for them to come to York city to replace my windshield on Tuesday, she called me Tuesday morning to say that they won't come up this far. This was after she verified yesterday with someone in the shop that they would come up here. Am I missing something? What a waste of time. I rescheduled an important doctor appointment, thinking I would get good service from Autoglass Heroes......

Visited Auto Glass Heros today must say one of the best first experiences I have had in some time!!! They were very friendly and helpful while I waited for them to fix my window at a very reasonable price at that, the experience of went through yesterday mind you was not a very good one went to an auto garage to have them look at my window they called me in an hour and a half and told me I needed a window regulator aftermarket was 380.00 and ford product was 450.00 I told them never mind my son will look at it. When he fot home from work hw looked at it and fixed it in 3 minutes the window had just come out of tje regulator track so obviously tje guy at the garage didnt even look at it and I would have spent 600.00 not that I didnt have the money but why try to screw people ove

After reading a few of the other reviews, I thought I'd give these folks a shot. Not only were they courteous when I first called to explain my water leak issues, but they even offered me a solution to save me money. Their advise was accurate but I was more comfortable with letting them fix it anyway. Great job and a great price. Very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them!
