Very pleased with the service provided by Auto glass. 1. I booked the appointment on a Sunday initially and went back and changed the date and time on Sunday also. 2. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful both times that I reached out to her. 3. She tried to help me by providing information how to place the claim through my insurance company. 4. The company continuously kept me updated from the time I booked my appointment all the way till the completion of my appointment. 5. The price was very responsible especially with them providing Mobil service. 6. The technician did an outstanding job on my windshield. And finally I will definitely let my family and friends know about this company and will be utilizing them in the future if I need to.

They got the job done but the technician seemed like he didn’t want to do the job when he arrived he rescheduled for no reason causing my wife to waste a whole day of work. Just popped out of no where the next day and proceeded to work on the wind shield. Reliability and communication are below ground level. Next time I’d rather pay more to get the job don’t on time by the big company.

Slightly pricey for a side window. However my technician was WONDERFUL, on time and efficient. I hate that I can’t remember his name right now, but he was a veteran like myself! Good guy.
