Auto Glass Now

I needed a new front passenger window on my Dodge journey. The guy,who's name escapes me, showed up around 9am on the scheduled day. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. He talked to us about some other problems that might a cure due to rain getting into the inside of the door. He fixed the window within about 45 minutes or so. They called me the next day to check in and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. The man at the office was extremely nice with a great demeanor for customer service. This was an all around great experience and I would recommend them to anyone in need of any window situations. Btw I have had to have my windshield replaced a few years ago by a different company,a more known named company,it took me two weeks to finally get someone to come

I had the windshield replaced by AutoGlass in Collegeville and 5 months later I had issues with systems in the car not operating correctly. Warning lights on the dash. Took the car to the dealership since it was under warranty and was inform the front camera was not installing properly when the windshield was replaced. There were no Autoglass locations near me at the time (winter in Florida) so I had the dealer corrected the problem for $900.00. Afterwards, Autoglass told me they won't warranty it.

It's my 2nd time using them. They are professional, fast and the best price around. They did a fantastic job of replacing the window and even gave me replacement stickers for my ez-pass. I recommended them to cousin and she got hers done the next day and she had an awesome experience as well.

Had a crack in my windshield last week and brought the car in to Auto Glass Now hoping that they could repair with resin. Because of the location of the crack and how much it spiderwebbed, they recommended replacement and reaching out to my insurance to have it replaced under compresenive coverage. Tyler and team were very helpful, communicated clearly and provided good service throughout the entire experience.
