I had my driver side window replaced at this location and they did a fantastic job. It was very quick (just under an hour) and they were able to give me an appointment same day. The front desk was friendly, and the installer was very professional.

Called to inquire about windshield replacement and they came as promised. Patricio, the technician who did the job was very professional and polite. Explained what he was doing and very meticulous on what he was doing. Great job!! The price is very competitive and they came as soon as the windshield replacement arrived. I highly recommend this company; the staff are friendly and responsive.

i first tried with safelite a month before but they said they couldn't guarantee the calibration would work because the chevy volt premiere was throwing codes, so my mechanic recommended taking to the the dealer because they supposedly could get the oem glass and had the equipment to do the calibration. so next day i took to the burlingame chevy dealer service dept and prepaid for the windshield. 2 weeks later they said the glass was in and to bring the car in. after leaving it in the morning they call and say the tech who was to do the work said they ordered the wrong windshield! how??? so they said they ordered the right one this time. the service rep set the appt for another two weeks out to get the glass and said he'd let me know when it came in. he never called so i followed up
