The best place in town to get your windshield patched or fixed. Prices are fair, and the service is great. They open at 8 but you need to get there early and wait in line!!! I wish they would do a take a number thing in the morning when you get there though cause people suck and are rude. I got there at 7, and was the first person but when they opened at 8… I was 3rd in line. Anyways, great place, good service, they’ll take care of you even after you leave and have a problem. I think they do a one year warranty still as well.

My insurance company put me in direct connection with a nationwide company that immediately asked for payment of my $500 deductible. No discussion of cost for the windshield. Initially agreed, but then wondered what a local shop might charge. It turns out it was almost 30% less! I cancelled the claim and used Auto Glass Now. I'm so glad I did! Excellent service. On time as scheduled. Less than an hour and great OEM windshield. Thanks !

2 stars because the customer service was horrendous but the work seems to be good still after a few weeks. Lack of follow through on the corporate customer service side, called again to get my answers when the last staff didn’t follow through, they told me I could pick up any time before they close (incorrect - you have to pick up no later than an hour before they close which makes no sense) anyway, found out the day of that information had changed and the local customer service rep was incredibly rude, no simple apology for the business’s mistake nor did they pretend to care. I wouldn’t have booked with them (keep in mind it’s not a real appointment because it is still first come first served) if I would have been provided the correct pick-up-by time to begin with. Arrived early for our appointment and checked in. Was advised it would take about 1/2 hour to install so we went for a coffee nearby. Was surprised that in less than 20 minutes we got a call that our vehicle was ready for pickup. Got a bigger surprise when we went to pay as the price was adjusted to less that the original quote. VERY HAPPY WITH THE INSTALL. Would recommend this business to others in need of glass repair/replacement

I got three quotes because I'm self pay for a windshield with ADAS (radar cruise control, forward collision warning, etc.) and it's ridiculous to get it replaced, but I found Auto Glass Now and I highly recommend talking to the local store directly if you can, not just national/corporate, because this is a place that actually cares. This feels more like a ma and pop local store but with the same credibility and warranty that comes with a big chain. So thank you for being human at this location and giving people a break out here in Colorado where there's so many rocks we all need new windshields all the time! It means a LOT to me for your more than fair pricing when I thought I wouldn't even be able to get this done before it got worse and worse. Thank you so much
