We had an incredible experience at this facility. The service was extremely professional and the job well done. We had a new windshield installed on our 1997 Lincoln Town Car. The installers were extremely careful and clean in doing the job. We were greeted warmly by the office as they made sure we were comfortable while waiting. We highly recommend Auto Glass Now! My Mercedes windshield was broken, so I called the Autoglass New 800 number. The representative gave me an estimate. A couple of days later, I received a call from Laura, who informed me that the estimate was incorrect. She explained the details clearly and helped me understand what caused the confusion. I was very impressed by her knowledge and excellent customer service skills. My windshield is now fixed—big thanks to Ben, who did an awesome job! Obtaining a quote and scheduling was as easy as a 5 minute call and I was in within 1 day! My pilot was in and finished within 90 minutes. Only wish I had called sooner when my windshield crack was starting to spread!

My experience, was great. Had 3pm appointment . But due to rain shop was closing early. So they sent someone to my house as soon as the rain stopped. To put in a new windshield. Best part was not having to go to them they were here and done an hour before my scheduled appointment. I would definitely recommend them and the price was right thank you Manny.

I was referred to Auto Glass Now by my insurance to replace my windshield. Auto Glass confirmed my appointment the day before. The installation was without any issues. The shop has chairs which allowed me to get some work done while waiting for my vehicle. Auto Glass did a very good job in calibrating the camera on my Honda odyssey. This is a definitely a great place to bring your vehicle to get your window replaced
