Technical work appeared excellent but my wait time was over double the time estimate. When I showed up I was told the original one and a half hour time estimate would be around 2 hours. But it was over 3 hours which was a challenge sitting in the hard plastic chairs in the small waiting area. I realize you can't control that a technician called in sick, but I would have made other arrangements with a better time estimate. Finally, thank you for the good price on the repair- better than Danny's and others!

The location on Mercury Blvd in Hampton Virginia is awesome. The lady at the front desk was awesome as well. The service was excellent in and out in 30 mons for a replaced windshield. The price was un believable compared to other places.

Update! Its November and it fell off at the highway. They re-sealed. Lets see how long it last. Went for front glass replacement. Terrible results, the technician replaced the glass however missing parts, loose parts, scratches on mew parts, not properly sealed. Returning for corrections. SMH
