Auto Glass Now

Thank goodness for Auto Glass Now in Katy, TX on Fort Bend Rd. I needed my windshield replaced and time was of the essence! I explained to Shawn who answered the phone at the business that I had to have it done today as I am having surgery the following day. She contacted Gilbert and they were able to squeeze me into a spot. Shawn, Maurice, and Gilbert, you three are rock stars! I am very grateful for you. I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now. My appointment was at 8 am and Michael was finished with my windshield installation by 9:30. His work was excellent and I will refer my family and friends. Shaun worked at the front desk and she was so friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my pickup truck. The staff was very nice, accommodating, and professional from start to finish. The job was done in a timely manner, and they explained the aftercare clearly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.

We were looking for a leak and it was not in the windshield but we had some dings and had the windshield replaced anyway. On the way home a trim on the windshield flew off. We were told this could possibly happen and took it back and had all the trim repaired top and bottom and it looks great. Jasmine who is in the office was so professional and so kind and sweet. Her customer service was absolutely top-notch. We'll go there again and recommend it two others.
