The technician came to the job site as scheduled. Replaced and calibrated the windshield in under an hour. Very happy with the work! Taking three stars away because of their company policy to collect the quoted amount before starting the job. This is unusual business practice.

They arrived the following day. The technician phoned an hour ahead to let me know he was coming. They gave morning estimation of arrival time. Technician very professional and friendly. Front windshield replaced in under an hour. All items including dash cam re-attached. Was great. Best price of all estimates given . Would not use anyone else from now on. You

Called for an estimate. Was quoted a price I couldn’t pay. I said no thank you to the person on the phone then bye. Alejandro has called me 4 times since hanging up. I’ve blocked the number and he calls from another number then texted me, harassing me. I’ve blocked all numbers. Auto Glass Now customer service agents are TERRIBLE and harassing!

The customer service is impeccable! They helped me establish from the first call if my windshield needed to be replaced or filled. After deciding to replace, they called with me for the insurance claim information and were very patient. They set up replacement within one business day. Gary called first thing in the morning to let me know he was on the way and replaced my HUGE SUV window in less than 30 minutes. Every person I came in contact with was kind, courteous and patient. A huge difference in experience from Safelite which was a nightmare last time. I will never use anyone else!

Great service, and quick. Set up installation date and availability was set for the next day. Unfortunately had to reschedule due to weather. However, technician came out first thing in the morning the following day, and was done in 30 minutes!
