Auto Glass Now

These guys are the GOATS. My car got hit by a plow Monday morning and the rear windshield was completely shattered. I was able to schedule an appointment and have it fixed by Wednesday morning, three days earlier than any other place I tried. The only reason they couldn’t do it Monday or Tuesday was because we were still in the middle of a snow emergency and they were WFH. I was able to drop my car and keys off on Tuesday and pick it back up the next morning. When I went to pick up my car, they let me know that not only had they replaced the windshield, but they shook out my coat, blanket, etc. that were in my trunk and vacuumed out the glass there too. That was really above and beyond and took away a lot of secondary stress regarding the accident. They were so kind, helpful, and responsiv

I called and scheduled with auto glass now for a Saturday appointment booked for the 28th once booked it says you’ll receive a timeframe for that day. well I never revived one and called around 9:40am requesting a timeframe they said the tech would call me. Fast forward it’s now 3 in the evening latest they show is 5pm. I get a voicemail stating the windshield is damaged and can’t be done today no problem other than wasting my Saturday. They say they will call to reschedule Monday morning. That also didn’t happen, I had to call and once I did they had nothing available now until the 5th. I asked what they could do to make it right they said a manger will reach out now it’s 1 in the afternoon on Monday. I received no call to make this right. I went ahead and cancelled and got a new appointm
