Auto Glass Now

I just wanted to thank everyone I was in contact with when it came to repairing my front windshield window. Everyone was very courteous and pleasing very helpful. Awesome customer service excellent in the job that they do. I was truly blessed by the people that I came in contact with at the Pensacola location. Hands-down, the best place to get any glass replaced on your vehicle if they can’t supply the glass, they’ll help you find it so reasonably priced no one in town compares, and the ladies at the front desk are the absolute most helpful. She helped me locate the glass for my car and then the guy who installed it even took the tint off after my failed attempt. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need another window replaced.also SUPER FAST INSTALLATION!! I’m literally shocked how pleasant my experience was.

They sent a rep that has “35 years” experience but company is refusing they touch lights. All of my interior lights which were working perfectly before this tech replacing my windshield is now not working. It has been confirmed by a non Auto Glass Shop Now who I wasn’t even wanting them but wanting Lloyd’s to do my windshield my wires were pinched in the replacement. Now I get to figure how to come up with money I don’t have to get this fixed. Be very careful I suppose when you make an appointment that it is indeed the right company. Auto Glass Shop should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and they do service. I get to go pay whatever the cost to their 35 year experienced tech did to my car. Horrible service from the first call to the install.

I would like to rate this 5 stars, feel like I should leave a 3 star review, but also know that reviews are important to business so I am leaving 4-stars in hopes that some of these items will be addressed and corrected down the road for future customers. I brought in my girlfriend’s 2017 Audi Q5 to have the back window replaced as it was shattered. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. After an hour or so, I got my car back and was told prior to receiving the keys that some glass was left behind in the back door that was “unable to be removed.” I brought the car home and disassembled the rear door. One screw was missing, from reassembly at the facility. To be fair, this could have been missing before the appointment. I had never checked for that screw. I went to remove the gla

This is by far the best choice! Not only was the staff very polite and friendly, they were also very knowledgable. I initially reached out to multipe businesses for a new windshield (due to paying out of pocket), and they were the cheapest plus did a fantastic job. I initially reached out to Lloyd's and a couple others in the area and they were all about $100+ more. Clearly did not have to pay more to get great quality!
