Auto Glass Now

I took my car in to get the windshield replaced. The installation looked great at first, but I noticed four issues right away. I’m not usually picky, but I’m a car guy and I like to take care of my car at all times. As soon as I got it back, I noticed that the front camera calibration for the driver assist systems wasn’t working correctly. I called them and was told to bring it in the next day to have it checked. It turned out my car just needed some time to recalibrate itself, which it did by the next afternoon. I also noticed scuff marks on the door sill plates. I never step on them because I hate seeing scratches, but it looks like the people who worked on my car didn’t care much—they clearly stepped all over them. The office ladies were nice and helpful and the glass is fine. But I'm pretty unhappy that they painted the inside of my window area black with the sealant. I've had the window replaced before, and they certainly didn't paint all up on my paint like this. The sealant needs to be behind the glass, not all the way up onto my paint like this. This shop also left my ditch loose and the wires pulled loose, instead of putting it all back the way it was. Details matter, and this just shows there's probably a lack of details in all aspects of the work.

I had a rock chip in my windshield and stopped by this auto glass shop — they had it fixed within 10 minutes! The service was fast, the price was very reasonable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional (shoutout to Maryann). I’m really impressed with the whole experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing glass repair, and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need their services again!

When I walked in the door I was ignored by the woman behind the counter for several minutes. I could have said something but I kinda wanted to see how long she would just ignore me. She was much to busy with her phone. After a while another employee came in and helped me. She still stayed on her phone the whole time I was there. The rock chip I had filled turned out okay. Not sure of the entire process but I would think it would include cleaning out the debris of the rock that chipped the windshield. This did not happen so now I have a small inclusion in my windshield..1 star for being completely ignored by an employee to busy with her phone.

The glass technicians, Were very professional, & proficient. They pulled up and immediately had started to take out the old glass, Started to wipe down the console and dash to make it look brand new. It took 12mins to replace in all, those two definitely deserve a raise...
