Fantastic service and attention to detail! I'm so glad I called them in error and spoke to the Bob (the Owner I believe) who informed me that they are a small family business. I decided to go with them for that reason instead of SafeLight who I used last year and I'm so glad I did. Chance came and picked up my vehicle at work and was so courteous and knowledgeable. Eventhough it was freezing out, he took the time to explain everything and pointed out all the things that SafeLight had missed or done wrong last time and advise he would fix the scratches and rubber guard the best he could. They did that and more! I had my car back in two hours seamlessly. He even informed me that my wiper sensor was missing a bracket no thanks to that other company! If you need your car back within a certain time frame then DONT CHOOSE safelite! ESPECIALLY the 210 Baltimore Pike phila, pa location! I have been here since 9:30 and was told it would be 2-3 hours (understandable). I AM STILL WATING for my car to even be taken to the back! I called customer service, they WERE NOT helpful at all. The receptionist is in and out between casual trips to her house! When I asked about the time ISIAH told me "it would be done before they clocked out". THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY AND ALL SERVICE IS AT THEIR LEISURE! If you need your car back same day. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
They are thorough and do a very nice job. That is the second time I’ve used them and have done a great job both times and were able to get me in and out in about an hour. I would recommend them to anyone.
