Running into Billings when a fellow motorist decided he had to get in the fast lane before I got close and kicked up a rock with the ensuing rock chip as a result. I had a fairly busy day on the West side of Billings and found Auto Glass Specialist was very close. Auto Glass Specialist were the first to respond to my various queries. Their price was reasonable. Others were cheaper, but convenience was my prime mover. They were the closest to my location as I was not up to driving around Billings. I arrived to their modern store. I noticed they had three roll up garage doors along the side. Cheerful folks at the counter greeted me. They provided their disclaimer up front (I've had numerous chip repairs in the past and I understand the physics of glass). They looked at my chip and asked for

The location at Shiloh Crossing is perfect for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat while waiting for the installation. Then, when you get back to your vehicle with a brand new windshield, you are welcomed with a signed thank you card and treats! We will be back!

Fast and helpful service! Scheduling was easy. They didn't have the glass i needed for a older vehicle but referred me to salvage yard and installed it. Good customer service. Will use again in future.

The customer service was excellent. They answered all my questions. Had my windshield fixed the next day, and back on the road the next day. Dropping off and picking up my vehicle was easy.

Superb experience! On our way to drop off a shipment we had a low flying goose hitting our drivers cargo van resulting in a super cracked windshield.
