Auto Glass To You

I used AUTO GLASS TO YOU because our 2012 Honda CRV needed new glasses. I was extremely reluctant but at the same time rest assured when I saw Henry roll up in his beautiful new van that was decked out with GLASS TO YOU advertising and within a couple hours, we had a new Windshield. Henry is knowledgeable and reassuring throughout this process and I don’t think I could’ve asked for anyone more knowledgeable and reassuring than Henry he had he gave us a good deal and if I need any other glass work on any of our cars, then he’ll be the one that we go back to…. I met Henry at The Flea Market on the 98 in Gulf Breeze. Didn't know anything about the business, but I needed a windshield and I can see that Henry had a truck full of tools so how bad can it be. Well, I'm very glad I went with Henry's company. He gave me a quote right there and then, and I booked it for the next Saturday at 2pm. The quote was very competitive to what's around PLUS they come to your house to do the repair/replacement. It was Saturday, 1:59pm... nothing. Right at 2:00pm, Henry rolled up in his truck. His timing was impeccable. It took about 2 hrs to complete the job. It may seem long to some but I know he took the time to do it right. My son and I were on vacation in Orange Beach, AL when a huge hail storm hit in the early morning on 04/10/21. My car was extensively damaged and I needed my windshield replaced to drive back to Missouri. I contacted Henry at Windshield Express and he was able to come out and replace my windshield on Monday 04/12/21, when I couldn't even get anyone else to answer the phone. On top of that he had to drive to Mobile, AL to get the specialty windshield and return to Orange Beach to install it. In my opinion he went above and beyond what anyone else would have done. To say that the windshield on my truck was shattered is an understatement. After being destroyed by a falling chimney during Tropical storm Claudette in East Brewton, and getting overcharged for a tow truck, and receiving ridiculous quotes for a replacement by almost everyone I looked up, this guy swoops in(same day mind you) and saved my bacon. He was able to get my glass same day, and install it within a few hours. but this review can't promise that for everyone. I'm just telling you about my experience. He was professional, punctual, and had a very affordable price.. I plan on recommending him to everyone that needs any kind of Glass repair. THANKS AGAIN HENRY!
