I've came here with my Honda's and Acura's over the years and have always had pretty good service. A couple of times there have been issues but for the most part, you're hit with professionalism, friendliness and great attention to detail on your vehicle. I like the little things they do like getting a cookie while waiting for your car to be serviced and giving your car a 'free' wash. Nice little bonuses that other places don't think of. We'll continue to support and come here for service on our vehicles. 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been dealing with Brad at Auto House Honda in Sarnia for over 20 years and have always had a great experience. Brad is honest, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make sure you’re making the right decision. Most recently he helped me move into a new vehicle when a deal came up that actually made more sense financially than keeping my current one. Service like that is why I keep coming back. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism and great energy. Every single one of my (very many) questions were answered by Curtis and Brad with patience and knowledge. Every time I called or stopped by I was met with a smile, great sense of humour and amazing customer service. I would hands down 10/10 recommend going to see them for any inquiries about a Honda. I bought my car back in June and it was such an easy and pleasant experience! The few times that I’ve been back have been great - everyone is so helpful and kind. Recently, a family member needed to get a new car so I suggested going here. She bought a brand new CR-V and loves it and the people at Honda!
