Chris was excellent, after doing some research on the 4Runner I was interested in I had a few pre-maintenance work I wanted to do, I brought them up and Chris was able to do it for me at a very competitive price which saved me time and money. The entire experience was no pressure, he was just there to help and answer questions. You go to dealers with your guard up expecting shady sales practices but Chris was great to work with. It was a nice deal I highly recommend

I am not normally one to leave bad reviews but after the experience I’ve had with Auto Hub after a recent car purchase, and the lack of response I’ve received from management since trying to address my issues, I don’t see any other option. I bought an SQ5 from this dealership in Nov of 2025 and end up with about $8,500 in additional cost / damages from the AGREED upon price (not the listing price). As other have stated online listing prices and actual prices after the “dealer fees” are significant. In my case it was about $4K above listed price. That was expected after reading the reviews and I negotiated down from there (I have screen shots to prove it). I asked to pay for the vehicle in cash. Overall I had a pleasant experience at AutoHub. Our sales associate Will was very friendly and eager to help. As other reviewers mentioned, there were a couple of arbitrary fees added on to the list price when we sat down to talk numbers. When I first reached out about the car, it was listed at one price. After a few days, the price went up by over $2500. With that said, they did agree to lower the price back to what I originally reached out about. I was initially lowballed on my trade-in amount but was able to get the amount I asked for because I had a competing offer. I was surprised that the car’s interior was not clean, as they said it had been with them for over 3 months. I have a big complaint and a small complaint. 1. The tires on the used car I bought looked fine in the pictures and videos. But when I had the tires rotated just days after I bought the car, I discovered that the inside wear of the tires was horrible. See the attached photo. I called and texted at least 10 times over the span of weeks; they promised a sales manager would call me back, but he never did. Either this dealership intentionally misled me about the tires, or their inspections aren't nearly as detailed as they should be. Either way, be warned. 2. The transaction fees from this dealership are much higher than at any other dealership I've worked with. (More than $5,000, compared to the standard doc fee of $1,000 or so.) Such a great experience! Buying a car can be stressful, but they made everything easy and comfortable. They answered all my questions, worked with my budget, and made sure I left happy and confident with my purchase. You can tell they really care about their customers.
