Absolutely as good as it gets. Via an uncooperative garage door closing sensor meeting the trunk/rear bumper of our 550S Benz, I first was guided to AK's via my trusted mechanic who swore by them. One can feel at the mercy of whatever you're getting quoted at a body shop, but manager Justin couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done. The work came out quickly, flawlessly, and what seemed to me a more than reasonable cost. Next up was my family's MB McLaren SLR that needed some touch ups before sale, requiring the bumper to come off, and having a perfect match of the very specialized paint for the small areas needing it. Great work and great service on my E63s Mercedes quarter panel. AK saved a full panel replacement by old world craftsmanship and pulling out the smashed panel. Finished product looks new again!!

I went to Car Krafters because the insurance company of the person who caused the accident recommended them. Although my car isn’t high end, it is brand new. Justin was great. He assured me that they service all cars. He was very personable and put my husband and I at ease. The team is great. Informed us of the progress every step of the way.
