Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Center Howell

Amazing shop! The owner and workers are honest and fairly priced. I was happy with how quickly they were able to get me in and out. I loved the fact they explained things to me and did not treat me like an uniformed "girl" like most shops do. I would highly recommend using Auto Lab in Howell.

Service was fine, job was done timely. However, the quote over the phone was $450 with my parts. In person changed to 650! Then the person I talked too, said their gasket was cheaper than the one I brought in from the auto parts store. I check my invoice and it was actually 50% higher!! They charge 50% more for parts and if you bring your own parts they jack the labor rate up! Labor is labor, want people to use your parts maybe don't jack the price through the roof! Do not recommend going here. I was also told they would do a general diagnosis, when I asked about any codes the guy told me they didn't check for any codes and didn't see any lights on the dash. Hate that I paid someone for this job already and feel even more ripped off now. $20 for a $12 spark plug and $80 for $40 gasket is

I am a repeat customer. Amazing team at the Howell Auto Lab. Customer service is second to none and very reasonably priced. The owner and manager are both very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Hard to find individuals that I feel comfortable to trust with my vehicle and this is one place that I do.

These guys always help me out and shoot me straight. I've been taking my vehicles here for 8+ years. Most recently my Subaru had some engine trouble, I was able to get it looked at and diagnosed quickly as it was a bit of a emergency to me. Having auto lab take a look saved me money and time.
