I have taken all of my cars to Sam. He is a wonderful mechanic! Very knowledgeable and honest and does good work. I would trust him and his team with any of my future cars as well. Thank you Sam and Auto Lab for taking care of me and my car!

Car broke down on our way through from Ontario and this shop was the only shop that could help us out ASAP. The owner was very honest with us about the problem and about how the car would be running after the repair and providing us with information to help us get to our final destination. He let us leave the car in the parking lot over the weekend while we went on our trip after getting a rental. Ultimately our car made it all the way back to Canada after they helped us out, so we are super appreciative of the work they did! The price might have been a bit expensive compared to our mechanic at home, but we can't thank them enough for helping us out in a pinch.

I went in for an oil change which is a good deal on Groupon. But needed wipers and fog light bulbs. Boy was that bill a shock!!! $300 They made up for their reasonable oil change.

I am very happy with Sam and Auto Lab on Pennsylvania in Lansing! They do great work and I know my car will be fixed and safe to drive! I will not return to the dealer when I know I can depend on Auto Lab!

I had my car towed here over a year ago and signed off on some work my dad was planning to pay for but things did not work out and I let them know I could not afford it anymore. Originally they told me I would have to pay $900 for what they thought the issue was but they continually kept fixing things that weren’t the issue and my balance went up to 3k. My dad did not want to pay that much for the car at that point so I went in to get my 2 kids car seats from my vehicle and was told I was not able to get my own belongings until I paid for the work done. I then proceeded to walk to my vehicle which was UNLOCKED and had to steal my own belongings back. The guy working called the police on me while I was putting the car seats in my new car. I even talked to my friend who is an attorney and he
