Damaged the car when I slid off the road into some rocks and snow bank. Ralph took in the car the day we called. He was very kind on the phone and in person. Reasonable price and was able to fix it within an hour. We appreciate it! Thank you again, would recommend and go back!

I've been going to Ralph and the team at Autolab for over 15 years now. They have always been prompt, polite, and have stood behind all of their work. I can highly recommend them for anything you need done on your vehicles.

Honest mechanics. They stand by their work. They tell you what has to be done, what can wait(roughly how long), and what is purely cosmetic. I failed my inspection, called them up to make an appointment to fix the issue. They had me come in right then to ensure it was safe to drive while waiting for an appointment. Ralph and Jeff are who I trust to fix my car correctly.

Just my first visit with this location showed me a lot to like about this place. The owner, Ralph, is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and committed to focusing on only making repairs you need, and the other workers seem very friendly as well :) I went there because another location said I needed brakes replaced for a bit of a high price, and not only did he identify that the brakes still a reasonable amount of wear left in them, but that there was a much more concerning oil leak that the other place missed! It feels like real and reasonable people are running this shop, and I am happy to make this my new go-to repair location.

Ralph is the best. Due to some life circumstances, I've not been to Autolab in over 15 years. Today, I needed a small item addressed on my car and I found Ralph. He remembered me, my wife and, without an appointment, put my car on the lift and in 5 minutes, problem solved. There is no more gracious, efficient, effective gent out there to work on your car. Well done Autolab!
