Terrible service and will do or say anything they need to get you to spend your money with them once you’ve bought a vehicle they show no interest in fixing any issues with the vehicle they agreed to fix at time of sale even when you leave the vehicle with them for a week and a half after you purchase it they will just let it sit there while they round up their next victim. Have tried contacting them 10 times and even gone into the dealership to get the repairs my vehicle needs scheduled and have been ignored will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for breach of The Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) which prohibits them from failing to uphold their and end of the contract by fixing the issues agreed upon at the time of sale

Verified experience – please read before purchasing from Autoland LLC (Tallahassee, FL). My son purchased a BMW in March of last year from Autoland LLC that turned out to have known engine defects and serious title issues that were never disclosed at the time of sale. Austin Battah was the salesman. After the sale, the dealership failed to deliver the title within 30 days and mishandled paperwork, even emailing documents that included all of the prior owner’s personal identifying information. Despite multiple requests, the dealership refused to unwind the transaction, even though they had breached their own refund and cancellation policy outlined in the contract. Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Taylor, Austin, Kam and Mario. Got me in my 3rd row suv within 30 min. I had gone to other dealers and got the run around, But Auto Land did the best in getting me what I wanted and the numbers were perfect. Got a warranty, gap and a great monthly payment.

I had such a great experience with these guys. Cam was awesome got me the suv I wanted, the down payment I wanted and the monthly payments. Also Taylor was amazing and pleasant to work with. It literally took me two hours to do everything and I was out. I would recommend them to anybody.
