This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from this location. And I could not be any happier. I worked with Ross both times and he was the best. He helped me out so much and made the experience so quick and easy. I gave him my budget and he was able to give me options to make it work. This is our third purchase of a LexusRX350 via AutoLenders and though it’s been quite awhile in between purchases, we had the same wonderful experience this time too! Nor Borden (in Williamstown, NJ), was our sales consultant. She was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with without being pushy. Prior to this purchase, we saw and test drove a different car at this location but the timing just wasn’t right for us. We waited and found another car that we liked even more and made the deal right then. Nor worked with four other purchasers that day, doing it with grace and efficiency, letting us know where we fell in the process, working each item in the correct order. I saw a car on the website but it was located in Pa. I was able to request for the car FREE of charge to be transferred to the closed Auto Lenders near me. I immediately got a call indicating that the car would be there waiting for me. Easy peasy no hassle Manny was great.

I've bought 10 vehicles over the last 5yrs(DON'T JUDGE). 4 Wranglers, 2 Gladiators, 2 Mazda 6's, a Ram 1500 and a Silverado. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had! I dealt with Ross over the phone. I was looking to trade my '24 Gladiator in on a '23 Wrangler. He was responsive to my questions via Texts. I told him with ZERO out of my pocket I needed to be at 620/month X 48. He came back at 614. GUESS WHAT? When we sat down with the Finance guy(Tyreek) we were informed the payment was 583/month because my credit was very good and he got an even better rate. I can't tell you how many bad experiences I've had....THIS WASN'T ONE OF THEM! I highly recommend!!
