Fast, efficient and polite. I had booked an online appointment and prepaid for the smog check. On the day of the appointment, I wanted to come early and they accommodated me when I called ahead over the phone. No extra charges. Le took my car in, did the test, reported to DMV and also gave me a paper copy. Will go here again for my next smog check.

I've been coming here for years and always recieved excellent service. The older gentleman that does my smog works with you to get the job done. Depends how many cars are there, but usually a 20 minute process. Price is reasonable with today's economy. No complaints. Top service all around.
