How can you sell a car if someone walks in saying they have a large down payment but you shrug them off and tell them find their own financing because the company you finance with is only for high risk buyers? I’ll find someone who actually wants to do their job. Don’t want to sell to someone you never met before? That’s your loss. There’s plenty of competition out there for car dealerships. As for the reply of telling me you don’t do in-house financing that is a blatant lie. I told the honest truth about our interaction where you talked about the MDX I was interested in that you were driving it and definitely didn’t seem interested in parting with it. Paying for a car outright was definitely possible but I wasn’t even asked how large of a payment I had. Very unprofessional in all aspects.

My experience with Auto Mart was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They took advantage of my lack of knowledge and I took their word that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that I paid cash outright for at $6,200, but unbeknownst to me after driving it off the lot the check engine light that was not on came on and my boyfriend and I had to put almost another thousand just for the car to pass inspection. Still having problems and would not recommend this dealership to anyone due to the dishonesty when asking about the vehicle being purchased. Think twice before going there.
