I recently visited VM Auto Sales to look at a truck listed on Facebook Marketplace. The experience was extremely unprofessional and raised several red flags. I asked basic questions any responsible buyer would ask—about the vehicle’s Carfax, the dealership's license, and the condition of the truck. Instead of receiving honest answers, I was met with hostility and disrespect. One of the individuals I interacted with became aggressive and rude, even comparing my request for proof of their dealer license to asking someone to prove citizenship—completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I was also told that government vehicles “don’t have Carfax reports,” which is misleading. Mr. Tyson and his Auto Master have been taking care of my red Chrysler 200 since 2017. He and his staffs are extremely friendly and just provide you the most reasonable price for repairs with their excellent craft in Tallahassee.
