Called ahead, they said they were closing at 5 for Brake Tag. Got there, they were nice as could be, very efficient, even added air to my tires, which were low. Couldn't ask for more. I will be back.

I thought I'd give this place the benefit of the doubt even after reading the negative reviews. The lady is bitter. First, she nastily told me to move my car so the lady can back out. My fault for not reading the posted signs. However, was it necessary to be rude towards a potential customer? I asked a simple question about why Rice's didn't fail my tint but she did. Her response, "Well then go back to Rice's." I explained that I felt she was offended bc I asked a simple question (I AM NEW TO LA).
