I brought my dealership's repair recommendations, with an estimate of about $4,000, to Auto Max. After Master Pan inspected my car, I felt much more at ease. He showed me the areas that were 'supposedly' in need of replacement and patiently explained the wear levels, prioritizing the necessary repairs. In the end, I left without having any repairs done because he advised that I could wait until my 60k service. Most importantly, I no longer feel anxious about my car, unlike other dealerships or auto repair shops that try to scare you into unnecessary repairs. Very kind and professional service. I’ll definitely return for my 60k maintenance.

Max and his team is awesome. My 2014 Chevy Impala has 180k miles on it with a severely damaged bumper. It was fixed over the weekend with other extra maintenance works such as cleaning up the headlight glasses, waxing and two tire changes. Great service and fair price.
