Stay away from this place, I towed my car with alternator issues, he ordered the alternator from Honda dealership ( that's what he told me) I got charged $1300, one month later I towed the same car with the same issues the alternator to a different mechanic, I was told the alternator is bad and old to be changed, Auto Medic brought an old alternator and installed it in my car, shame on you.

this was my service center for my intoxlock install and removal. david was the one i corresponded with. when i had the device installed, he called to tell me that the anti-theft system I had set up in my car was going to cause a problem with the installation, He said he would have to charge me extra to uninstall my cars antitheft system and reinstall it after the interlock was put in place. ridiculous. Today, I went to have the device removed (finally). And because of a recent accident, my driver side door does not open. When I told David this, he went into a fit and explained he would be unable to do the work because they need access to the pedals. I was appointed to this place to have the intoxalock installed. David was in charge of the process. First he call me to let me know my car is ready around 1pm. I tell him I’ll be on my way to pick it up. Then he says No wait it won’t be ready until 2:30 pm. (Not a big deal but why call me and say it’s ready when it’s not). I show up at 2:30 and waited 15-20 minutes. I finally get my truck back and get very little explanation/information on how the device actually works. He was more preoccupied with telling me there was a $25 extra charge for a cable that by the way it was clearly a used old cable and that an $85 charge could happen if the device locks. Love this shop and the owner David. They provide quality service and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me or rip me off. David is very honest and will explain any issues and show you the impacted parts of possible. Definitely recommend. Call to make an appointment.
