So grateful for the fantastic service I received! I had gotten scammed by a mobile mechanic in my hometown so I came here to get my car fixed. They took my car and called me same day to let me know what the issue was. I agreed to the price, very reasonable, and they got my car fixed the same day! Will definitely come here for all my car needs. The lady at the front desk is also super friendly!

From the minute I walked in the door, until the scheduled time I picked up my vechicle, the service, the experience, the interaction, the quality of work, nothing short of OUTSTANDING! The mechanic took an extended amount of time to explain the necessary repairs needed on my vechicle. He walked me through the entire process with patience, kindness, and professionalism. A Thanksgiving miracle: They will walk the extra mile with you My family of four, our dog, and I got stranded in the middle of the road in McDonough, GA when our Chrysler Town & Country broke down almost right in front of Will’s shop during a Thanksgiving road trip from Florida. It was a scary moment since we were out of town and didn’t know anyone in the area. Even though the shop was closed, Will took personal and family time to run an initial diagnostic and drove me to the nearest rental car agency—showing real generosity to out-of-towners in need. I’m still working with Will on the most convenient next steps, but the help he provided when we were stranded was truly invaluable. Solid, straightforward help when we needed it most. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here. Serenity was pleasant when I initially talked to her a week ago, and she was even more pleasant today. They communicated throughout my visit. I came to get a sensor replaced and was shown where I had corroded hoses causing my antifreeze to leak out. I authorized the additional work and was on my way in a timely manner. I will definitely go back again!

I called the shop and explained I have replacement brake pads for the front. Will remarked he has time now and quoted labor price for my Merz. I took it there he jumped on the job immediately and test drove and charged me the quoted price . I highly recommend this shop for their work! I will be back! Thanks Will !
