I am completely shocked at the poor level of customer service that I witnessed my girlfriend (bj perreault) having with this place. Yes two years ago she took a chance and bought a car from them and left a honest and truthful review on it. She decided to give this company another chance to make things right and get a better review. But not after this recent business transaction. Or lack of.she Filled out the online application at the beginning of February. The office ran her credit report to start making the sale. Ignored messages sent and ignored calls from her. Customer service at the lowest level. So after an entire month of trying to figure out what is going on with the business they clearly wanted to do because they ran the credit report and told her the down payment amount. She dec

Would not recommend. My mother purchased and paid for a vehicle that turned out to be in very poor condition. The business refused to address the issues. Despite payment, the vehicle was later towed by the same business. She filed a claim in small claims court and won, and her money was returned as ordered by the court. Customer treatment was unprofessional and verbally abusive. Based on this experience, I recommend others proceed with extreme caution.

Ran over something at Wyndham center and blew a tire. Called AAA and the tow truck showed up about 30 minutes later. The driver was professional, and got my very low, very wide car on the bed of the truck easily. I've had to have a tow before, and it always feels very awkward to me as a woman, especially the ride home. But this driver was friendly and I was very comfortable for the 45-minute ride. My car made it home in great shape except for the flat tire, and I would totally recommend them again.

I had Such a satisfying experience with Automill. They will be first call on my next winter car crisis. I recommend to all. Bottom line: My family had one of those mornings in the ice where everything went wrong and everybody's appointmentsall went sideways: Our Subaru got stuck on a large rock on the side of the ice and in jeopardy of sliding off a steep ravine. It was so nice to work with normal people who treated me fairly, had tons of smiles, and didn’t apply pressure at all! We purchased an older Subaru that matched our budget. It was gone through mechanically and had a lot of work done to it surprisingly! I’ll definitely be back for parts also when I need some.
