Absolutely awful service from this location as well as the call center. I ordered a front bumper cover which I picked up on Wednesday, February 28th, it was dropped off at the body shop. The next day February 29th the bodyshop opened it, they showed pictures of bends and waves in the bumper that they stated were manufacture defects and freight mishandling. And the 1-800 number was called and they stated that there was a 30 day return refund policy and that they would order a new bumper. I was called by the Pennsauken location where they stated that the bumper has arrived, and when I let them know the situation, they immediately said that once a part leave the store, there is no taking it back, yet clearly they have a 30 day return policy posted as well as this additionally, being stated

Rude and nasty customer service, no apologies or acountability when they make mistakes that cost you time and money, they shift the blame on the computer or their people taking phone calls and still make you pay for it.
