Auto Parts Outlet - South Philadelphia

I won’t be using this company because of the disgrace the north Philly store is, I called this location by accident and they were much friendlier.. The front desk lady at north Philly could take some notes on how not to hang up on customers when they’re still talking.

I have called about this for the past 5 months nothing has happened. Prices are decent quality is about the average. Lately harder to find Toyota products for new vehicles for the past 5 years

Not sure what their communication issue is about. But every time you call it either gives you a busy tone and hangs up or it states “your calls may be recorded and monitored “ and then hangs up. Great service Auto Parts , do better please.

Huge inventory and good quality parts for a good price.

The sales representatives here at APO are really professionally knowledgable. It took me within minutes only to locate and find what I needed. They're very nice people too. Thank you
