What started out as a really good experience went bad fast. I ordered the full set of coolant hoses for my truck and was pleased at the competitive pricing. While 4 of the 5 hoses were perfect, 1 was labeled wrong. Meaning, the sticker on the hose said the part numbers I ordered, but the hose was clearly wrong. It was also clearly evident that some one peeled the label of the correct hose and put it on this wrong hose. When I contacted the returns department, I was asked to send multiple photos, which I did. Then I heard nothing unless I called back. Then my "claim" was misquoted, so it initially was denied. Got 3/4 parts. The 4th part came destroyed by USPS. This company only allows "b/c it's policy" [i.e., arbitrary] a 30-day window to send pictures to a specific email address. I emailed them mistakenly to the "support" email. USPS still has several days on its 60-day window but the customer service supervisor "Joe" will not work with me. Very rude. He could've shifted it or put me in touch with someone who would. He said he would not escalate my issue. I've owned multiple businesses and ALWAYS worked with the customer to get it right. Beware.

They sent a different part than the one I ordered. Won’t accept the return. Total sham! Don’t do business here! Not experts! No integrity.

Sent me the wrong part. I made it crystal clear, with the person that I initially talked to. It was the right part number, and they even included a pic, via email, which was the correct part, and correct number. They shipped me something, completely different. It has been a headache dealing with them on getting this part returned. Have to take pics, of everything, send it back. Then they took forever to respond. On top of all of this, I am required to print a shipping label, to send it back to them. I don’t have a printer! Not everyone has a printer! Taking my business elsewhere!
