On February 13, I brought my car in for repairs. SANDEEP CHAUDHARY was exceptionally thoughtful and kind, helping me remove personal items from my vehicle and guiding me to the office. I was then assisted by a staff member who collected my information, and one of their workers, Tyler, drove me home. After that initial visit, the service experienced several delays. However, when I finally spoke with Rapeed, he renewed my faith in the shop. He was very attentive, addressed all my concerns, and I left feeling grateful. What I appreciated most was the way he paid attention to detail and made sure everything was done properly. The AutoPoint Collision Repair team did a phenomenal job with my car! I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to do after getting hit by a cement truck. From the moment I walked through the door, they were very kind and extremely helpful. Miss Fernanda, Rauf, and Shane helped me with getting THEIR insurance to pay for it by calling EVERY DAY relentlessly. After working that hard, I chose to let the insurance give them the entire check rather than pocketing the money and leaving. They even provided me with a rental car while my car was getting worked on. The body work took a while to fix, but I'm glad my car looks the same as it did before!
